Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all warehouse documentation including waybills, inventory records, and shipping manifests
- Control incoming/outgoing goods flow to ensure alignment with delivery documentation
- Verify product conditions during receipt and dispatch processes
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation systems
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient warehouse operations
- Implement and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
- Generate regular inventory reports for management review
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse administration or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
