Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inventory control, storage allocation, and stock reconciliation
- Coordinate logistics activities including inbound/outbound shipments, loading/unloading, and transportation scheduling
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance metrics, and operational issues
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and production teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse best practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse settings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration
