Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety protocols
- Optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Generate performance reports for operational analysis
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 preferred)
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Valid forklift operation certification (advantageous)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
