Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials to optimize workflow
- Implement inventory control procedures to prevent stock discrepancies
- Monitor warehouse space utilization and recommend layout improvements
- Train staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Generate inventory reports and analyze stock turnover metrics
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for material planning
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse administration or logistics
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory methods
- Experience with warehouse safety compliance standards
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
