Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain all warehouse documentation including purchase requests, delivery orders, and inventory records
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment processes when inventory thresholds are reached
- Validate and reconcile warehouse transactions with financial records
- Prepare periodic inventory and operational performance reports
- Liaise with suppliers and transport partners to resolve delivery discrepancies
- Implement and maintain warehouse administrative procedures and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of Indonesian logistics regulations
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
