We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to join our dynamic logistics team in Kabupaten Serang. In this dual-role capacity, you will serve as a vital link between our warehouse operations and our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient inventory management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse administration, including data entry, inventory recording, and filing of shipping documents.
- Provide professional translation support (Mandarin-Indonesian) for warehouse staff, management meetings, and external communications.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to track incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Prepare periodic reports on warehouse activity, stock levels, and potential supply chain discrepancies.
- Facilitate clear and accurate communication between local employees and Chinese-speaking expatriates or suppliers.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company safety and quality standards.
- Support the warehouse manager in maintaining administrative efficiency and process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in both spoken and written Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent) and Indonesian.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, supply chain, or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and warehouse management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both target languages.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment.
