Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of products
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory status
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in logistics, supply chain, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse administration or similar role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make timely decisions
