To support our rapid growth and optimize our supply chain, we are seeking an experienced, proactive, and analytical Warehouse and Distribution Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Jakarta Utara. This is a critical leadership role that bridges the gap between production, warehousing, and final delivery, ensuring that our products reach customers safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for warehouse management, inventory control, and transportation logistics. You will be tasked with designing and executing strategic distribution plans, managing vendor relationships, and steering a high-performing logistics team. Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in FMCG or food-related logistics, particularly in managing temperature-controlled environments and modern warehouse management systems (WMS). Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically manage warehouse and distribution activities in compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulations.
- Oversee daily operations including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of inventory.
- Optimize warehouse space layout and implement efficient inventory management systems (WMS) to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate and negotiate with external logistics providers, transporters, and freight forwarders to optimize distribution costs and delivery timelines.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the warehouse and logistics team, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
- Analyze distribution data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Maintain high standards of warehouse safety, hygiene, and security protocols (such as GMP and HACCP).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Warehouse/Logistics/Distribution Manager, preferably in the food industry, FMCG, or cold chain logistics.
- Expertise in warehouse management procedures, inventory control software (WMS, ERP SAP, or similar), and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and inspire a diverse operations team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Deep understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, Halal certification processes is highly preferred).
- Willingness to be based in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya.
