Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive warehouse management plans and operational strategies.
- Oversee daily logistics activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatching.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to shipping, transit, and inventory discrepancies.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and inventory control systems to maximize operational efficiency.
- Manage and mentor the warehouse team to ensure adherence to safety protocols and performance targets.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Analyze logistics data and prepare performance reports to identify areas for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software (WMS).
- Proven track record of resolving logistics bottlenecks and improving delivery timelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of local transportation regulations and supply chain best practices.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
