Astari Niagara Internasional is a leading company in the manufacturing sector, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse and Logistics Staff to join our dynamic team in Tangerang. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing inventory levels, and coordinating logistical processes to support our production goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and dispatching goods efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and ensure stock records match physical quantities.
- Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety protocols.
- Handle documentation for shipping, receiving, and internal stock transfers.
- Utilize warehouse management systems or tracking software to update real-time stock status.
- Identify and report any discrepancies in inventory or damage to goods immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts or pallet jacks when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Staff, Logistics Operator, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse inventory management principles and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data entry and reporting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang and work in flexible shift rotations if needed.
