Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams for seamless inbound/outbound transportation
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OHS compliance protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows using lean principles
- Generate operational reports for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Certification in logistics/supply chain management preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and business-level English
- Proven problem-solving abilities in high-volume operations
