Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of healthcare products.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other healthcare safety regulations.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
- Manage inventory cycles, conduct regular stock takes, and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety protocols to meet audit requirements.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and KPIs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
- Strong understanding of GDP (Good Distribution Practice) and safety standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
