Tanggung Jawab
- Inspect and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct thorough checks on outgoing inventory to match packing lists and shipping documents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using our warehouse management system
- Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or irregularities in inventory immediately
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in conducting regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required
- Follow company policies and procedures for inventory control and warehouse safety
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory status and issues
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or related field is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse safety procedures
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move around the warehouse as needed
