Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) with high accuracy.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document any discrepancies.
- Prepare outgoing orders for dispatch, ensuring correct labeling and staging for logistics partners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company health and safety policies.
- Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches digital records.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve picking, packing, or shipping issues promptly.
- Prepare daily or weekly administrative reports on warehouse throughput and inventory status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Proven experience in a warehouse, logistics, or administrative role is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational tasks.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to flexible shift schedules if required.
