Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols (K3).
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient space utilization and faster order fulfillment.
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely processing and documentation.
- Monitor supply levels and coordinate with the procurement department to prevent stockouts.
- Prepare regular operational reports regarding warehouse performance and inventory status.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse coordination or logistics role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate warehouse personnel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to be based in Denpasar, Bali.
