- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Coordinate inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock records and reconciliation
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling procedures for maximum efficiency
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks according to operational priorities
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless operations
- Generate warehouse performance reports and implement improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of warehouse or logistics coordination experience in manufacturing
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple operational activities
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to work under pressure
