Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain precise inventory records using digital systems and perform periodic physical stock counts.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of specialized agricultural and forestry equipment.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and health protocols within the warehouse facility.
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum storage efficiency and accessibility.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock levels, and logistical throughput for management.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Warehouse Coordinator, Inventory Controller, or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and operational best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle high-volume stock movements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a contract-based capacity and adapt to dynamic site requirements.
