As our Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee daily activities, lead warehouse staff, and maintain meticulous inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and system audits.
- Supervise warehouse personnel, providing clear direction and ensuring adherence to company SOPs.
- Optimize warehouse layout to improve storage density and picking efficiency.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, reporting any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols within the warehouse facility.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot operational bottlenecks.
- Strong understanding of FIFO/LIFO inventory management practices.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment in Tangerang, Banten.
