Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Supervise loading and unloading processes to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders and packing lists.
- Monitor stock movement and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to company health and safety protocols (K3).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and inventory management software (WMS/ERP).
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight operational deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and inventory best practices.
