Tiberman is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Coordinator to lead our warehouse operations in Surabaya. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end flow of inventory, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in our daily operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock scenarios.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets and safety protocols are met.
- Coordinate with procurement and sales departments to align stock availability with demand.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control checks for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and logistics systems to track inventory movement accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, inventory control, and logistics best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks when necessary.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
