Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and customers to ensure smooth communication and transaction processes
- Implement warehouse safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize efficiency
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to procedures
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including reports and records
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to coordinate material flow and distribution
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience with warehouse management software is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field is preferred
