As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will oversee the daily activities of our warehouse staff, optimize workflow processes, and maintain strict inventory accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure daily targets and KPIs are met consistently.
- Develop and implement operational work plans to optimize warehouse productivity.
- Manage staff scheduling and shifts to ensure seamless warehouse coverage.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and Excel to track inventory, throughput, and operational metrics.
- Enforce strict safety and health protocols across the facility.
- Coordinate with procurement and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory integrity.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of warehouse personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience using WMS software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities in an Indonesian business context.
- Understanding of supply chain logistics and stock management principles.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management is an advantage.
