Are you a seasoned logistics professional with a proven track record in freight sales and distribution management? Our client, a reputable industry player, is seeking a dynamic Warehouse & Distribution Freight Sales Manager to drive business growth and optimize supply chain operations in the Bekasi and greater Jakarta area.

In this high-impact role, you will be the bridge between our warehouse distribution capabilities and high-value logistics clients. You will lead sales initiatives, identify market opportunities, and ensure that our distribution networks are utilized efficiently to meet customer demands. The ideal candidate possesses deep industry knowledge, a robust professional network, and the strategic vision to scale our freight services in a competitive market.

This position offers the opportunity to work within a professional environment based in the heart of Jakarta’s business district, with operations extending across the logistics hubs of Bekasi. We are looking for a results-oriented leader ready to take ownership of our commercial freight strategy.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand our freight and distribution client base.
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities within the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and logistics optimization.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budget performance metrics to senior management.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust commercial tactics accordingly.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics sales, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the Indonesian logistics industry.
  • In-depth understanding of warehouse distribution processes and freight transportation models.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
