We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Warehouse & Distribution Manager to join our growing team and oversee our primary logistics operations in Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Raya. As a cornerstone of our supply chain strategy, you will lead the charge in optimizing every facet of our warehouse and distribution network to meet demanding customer service levels and business objectives.
In this strategic leadership position, you will take full ownership of all warehousing activities, from receiving and inventory management to order fulfillment and dispatch. You will also manage the end-to-end distribution process, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in perfect condition. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing a dynamic team of logistics professionals, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service, to align logistics capabilities with overall business goals. Leveraging your deep expertise in WMS and ERP systems, you will analyze complex data sets to identify inefficiencies, reduce operational costs, and enhance productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Strategically manage the entire warehouse and distribution network in Jakarta Utara, optimizing for cost, speed, and service levels.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, warehouse associates, and drivers.
- Implement and oversee inventory management systems to ensure accuracy, reduce shrinkage, and optimize stock levels.
- Design and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and operational costs, driving continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts with transportation and logistics service providers, ensuring optimal rates and service levels.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations, maintaining a safe and clean workplace.
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Customer Service departments to forecast demand and align logistics capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse and distribution management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a sizable warehouse operation and implementing process improvements.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations, logistics networks, and best practices in the Greater Jakarta area.
