In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
As a Warehouse Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our pharmaceutical products are handled, stored, and distributed efficiently and accurately. You will work closely with our experienced warehouse team to support daily inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring our high standards of quality and service are maintained. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about the inner workings of a fast-paced pharmacy distribution network.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily inbound process, including receiving, verifying, and logging incoming pharmaceutical shipments.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately for outbound distribution to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Conduct routine inventory stock checks and audits to maintain data accuracy in the system.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to ensure optimal space utilization and easy access to products.
- Adhere strictly to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods while ensuring items are handled with proper care.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any discrepancies found during picking or packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical warehouse management experience are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain logistics.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for basic documentation tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Physical stamina to handle warehouse duties and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work well within a diverse team and communicate effectively.
- Disciplined, reliable, and able to work independently under supervision.
