Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations
- Support manpower planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency
- Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for productivity improvements
- Participate in inventory management activities including stock counts and reconciliation
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and output
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Contribute to maintaining workplace safety standards and 5S compliance
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations or inventory management preferred
- Proactive problem-solving approach and eagerness to learn new systems
- Time management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
