Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing daily cycle counts and regular stock audits.
- Analyze inventory discrepancies and execute root cause analysis to prevent future variance.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure alignment with production schedules and demand forecasting.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize storage layouts and improve picking efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory turnover, stock aging, and shrinkage.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and warehouse operational policies.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inbound and outbound shipments effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse inventory control or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to perform detailed numerical work with high accuracy.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and logistics workflows.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Residency in or willingness to commute to Kabupaten Tangerang.
