As our Warehouse Keeper, you will not only oversee the physical movement of goods but also manage the administrative documentation required to maintain precise inventory records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using company management software or manual logging.
- Perform regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies immediately.
- Prepare, document, and process all shipping and receiving paperwork, including Delivery Orders and Good Receipt Notes.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and arrival of shipments.
- Monitor stock levels and proactively report low-stock items to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma in Logistics/Business Administration is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Stock Keeper, or similar role.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in data.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Physical ability to handle manual inventory tasks when necessary.
- Residing in or willing to work in the Tangerang area.
