Bali United Football Club is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Lead to join our dynamic operations team in Bali. As a key player in our logistical success, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily warehouse workflow, ensuring seamless stock management, and driving distribution efficiency. You will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory, optimizing storage processes, and coordinating with various departments to ensure that all club requirements—from merchandising to team equipment—are met with precision and speed. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.
- Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous inventory management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely distribution and fulfillment of project requirements.
- Implement and monitor warehouse safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the warehouse team to reach peak performance levels.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on stock levels, distribution metrics, and operational performance.
- Optimize storage layout to maximize space utilization and improve picking efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team effectively.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to interact with diverse departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-energy environment.
- Deep understanding of stock control procedures and warehouse safety standards.
