Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse space utilization and throughput efficiency.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure team productivity.
- Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across the facility.
- Coordinate with production and logistics departments to ensure seamless supply chain workflow.
- Prepare regular operational reports on warehouse performance, KPI tracking, and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven track record in team leadership and talent development.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
