Join Foodindo Dwivestamas as Warehouse & Logistic Assistant Manager in Kendal, Jawa Tengah and lead our supply chain operations to excellence. This pivotal role requires you to oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain flow, from warehouse storage to final consumer distribution. You'll optimize inventory management, streamline distribution processes, and ensure operational efficiency across all logistics activities. As a key member of our manufacturing and logistics team, you'll implement best practices for warehouse operations, manage vendor relationships, and maintain compliance with safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure seamless distribution to consumers
- Optimize inventory management systems and stock rotation processes
- Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and operational standards
- Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance
- Monitor logistics KPIs and prepare operational performance reports
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for inventory planning
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate logistics contracts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and distribution networks
- Experience in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office
- Leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to operational detail
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good English communication skills
