As the Warehouse & Logistic Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day warehouse activities, oversee stock accuracy, and streamline logistics to ensure our products reach their destination on time, every time. You will collaborate closely with procurement, sales, and transport teams to optimize supply chain workflows and minimize operational costs. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and perform regular stock audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Coordinate with transportation partners and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
- Maintain optimal warehouse organization and implement 5S principles for a cleaner, safer workspace.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to company safety policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare and update daily/weekly operational reports regarding stock movement and delivery performance.
- Troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks to prevent delays in the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in warehouse supervision or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics regulations, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Surabaya and work flexible hours if required by operational demands.
