Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and robust warehouse management system (WMS) utilization.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and layout to facilitate efficient workflow and material handling.
- Manage and mentor the warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Liaise with procurement, production, and external transport partners to ensure a seamless supply chain.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding logistics costs, delivery times, and inventory turnover.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health and safety (K3) regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and modern warehouse practices (Lean, 5S).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure manufacturing setting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Willingness to be based in Kabupaten Ngawi, Jawa Timur.
