Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing medical products
- Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure efficient and safe work practices
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to optimize stock levels
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
