Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- Develop and implement efficient inventory management systems to minimize costs and prevent stockouts
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Manage warehouse budget and control operational expenses
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing warehouse operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
