Elektrika is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Staff to join our growing team in Tangerang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our inventory management system, serving as the primary point of contact for stock accuracy and ensuring seamless coordination across internal departments.
You will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by managing inbound and outbound goods, conducting regular stock audits, and optimizing warehouse workflows. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative setting, possesses strong analytical skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and inventory integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using company management systems to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, sales, and delivery teams to fulfill order requirements on time.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical stock-takes to ensure stock reliability.
- Supervise the safe handling of materials and ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Implement efficient shelving and storage methods to optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Generate daily and weekly reports regarding stock movement and logistics performance for management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks and lift heavy items when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
