Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock tracking and reconciliation
- Coordinate logistics activities including transportation scheduling and route optimization
- Lead and develop warehouse staff through training, performance monitoring, and motivation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with operational standards
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and logistics KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software
- Certification in supply chain management or logistics is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor regulations and safety standards
