Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of manufacturing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Coordinate with production planning teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials for the assembly line.
- Act as the primary liaison between local warehouse teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
- Implement and enforce strict safety and health protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and storage layouts to improve operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular inventory reports and performance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional proficiency in Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across multicultural teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
