Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive warehouse strategies aligned with supply chain and corporate expansion goals.
- Optimize the warehouse network layout and workflows to maximize efficiency and storage capacity.
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Implement and maintain rigorous inventory control systems to ensure high levels of accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with procurement and distribution teams to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably within retail, electronics, or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable operational plans.
- Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale teams and multi-shift environments.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required.
