Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Manage warehouse staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Optimize space utilization and workflow processes for maximum productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain organized facilities
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred
