Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations team (5-15 staff)
- Optimize inventory control systems and stock rotation processes
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and distribution
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking
- Train staff on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Develop continuous improvement strategies for warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years warehouse management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Familiarity with OHS and logistics regulations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Advanced inventory management expertise
