Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and oversee all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize warehouse workflow and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counts, reconciliation, and advanced WMS utilization.
- Lead, mentor, and train warehouse staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with safety regulations (K3).
- Manage vendor relationships and logistics partnerships to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective distribution.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, shipping lead times, and warehouse capacity utilization.
- Ensure the warehouse facility meets all quality control standards and food safety/hygiene protocols where applicable.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and drive organizational change within a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of inventory management software (WMS) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, safety standards, and transportation regulations in Indonesia.
