Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ staff to ensure high performance and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock takes, cycle counts, and robust record-keeping systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to track warehouse performance and report findings to management.
- Coordinate with procurement and transport teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedules in compliance with company standards.
- Resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues that may impact the supply chain timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, supply chain, or logistics operations.
- Proven track record in managing a team of at least 20 subordinates.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic proficiency in English is a plus.
- Willing to be based in Kalideres, Jakarta Raya.
