PT Hadir Mengharumkan Nusantara is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our logistics operations in Bekasi. As a key operational leader, you will oversee end-to-end warehouse processes including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment. This role requires strategic oversight of distribution networks to ensure seamless supply chain operations while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with safety standards. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory accuracy, implement lean methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-volume warehouse environments and developing teams to achieve operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and implement robust inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse activities
- Manage staff performance, training, and scheduling to ensure productivity targets are met
- Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including inventory turnover, order accuracy, and operational costs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS) and ERP software
- Proven experience implementing lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage and develop diverse teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and compliance awareness
