Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and develop a team of warehouse staff while maintaining safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management systems to minimize stock discrepancies and maximize accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and distribution teams for seamless operations
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization and warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in process improvement methodologies
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
