In this pivotal role, you will oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, streamlined distribution processes, and optimal operational performance to support our growing network of 20+ retail stores, new store openings, and special bazaar events. You will be responsible for implementing best practices in warehouse management, maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing storage space, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods efficiently
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely delivery to retail stores and event venues
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with warehouse regulations
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, warehouse performance, and operational metrics
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales departments to align warehouse operations with business needs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Proven track record of managing inventory control systems and distribution networks
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse environment
- Excellent knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory tracking systems
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
