Sambal Bakar Indonesia is a rapidly growing culinary brand, and we are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our team in Cipondoh. In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our supply chain, ensuring that our high-quality ingredientsâranging from fresh produce to dry goodsâare managed with precision.
You will lead the end-to-end warehouse operations, overseeing inventory accuracy, optimizing storage space, and enforcing strict quality control standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all warehouse operational activities including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
- Ensure 100% inventory accuracy for both fresh and dry food categories through regular stock counts and audits.
- Strictly implement and monitor FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) inventory management systems.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency and prevent stockouts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse according to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inventory performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or Supervisor, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain best practices.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and cold chain management (fresh food handling).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a warehouse team.
- Excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience using warehouse management software (WMS/ERP).
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle tight deadlines effectively.
