We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics and distribution operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of warehouse personnel, inventory control, and supply chain processes to ensure seamless operational flow.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern warehouse management systems (WMS), safety compliance standards, and team leadership. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing space utilization, improving pick-and-pack accuracy, and maintaining rigorous inventory standards to support our growing business needs.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Implement and oversee inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and periodic stock audits.
- Optimize warehouse layout and slotting to improve operational efficiency and safety.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (K3).
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and transporters to ensure cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and fulfillment speed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain logistics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang, Banten.
