Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, manage, and optimize daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular audits and rigorous cycle counts.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of performance, safety, and accountability.
- Implement and monitor KPIs to measure productivity and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations (K3).
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper utilization of warehouse equipment and machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and familiarity with professional English.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Willingness to be based in Kendal, Jawa Tengah.
