Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to increase throughput and reduce overhead costs.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in inventory management through regular cycle counts and audit processes.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the warehouse facility in compliance with industry regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to build a high-performing and collaborative work culture.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding operational efficiency and delivery timelines.
- Manage relationships with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure timely supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a manufacturing or large-scale warehouse environment.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control methodologies and supply chain safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Deep understanding of local logistics regulations and safety standards.
